Please, read the in-store and online exchange/refund policy carefully, before you make a purchase in-store or online.

  • blossoms & beehives wants its clients to be 100% satisfied with their purchases, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with any item or items you have purchased, you may exchange or return an garment to the store for store credit within 10 days of your purchase.
  • Cash and credit card refunds are not offered.
  • Store credits are valid for one year from date of issuance.
  • Hosiery must be unworn and returned in its original, unopened package.
  • Garments must be returned unwashed, unworn, and in perfect condition with tags attached.
  • Intimate garments, like panties, teddies, and swimwear, must be tried-on over underwear.
  • Garments will be inspected carefully upon return, so use extreme caution when trying on garments. If a garment is damaged or soiled in any way, including by lotions or deodorants, it will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense.
  • Sale items are final sales, and may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Special orders are nonrefundable.
  • Gift wrapping is nonrefundable.
  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
  • Gift Cards and Gift Certificates may not be returned or exchanged for cash, credit card credit, or store credit.

  • blossoms & beehives is not responsible for lost packages or the shipping costs of exchanged or returned items. blossoms & beehives recommends using an insured and trackable method of shipping exchanges and refunds.
  • When returning/exchanging an item to blossoms & beehives, include your original receipt.
